Not happy with your purchase? You can send your purchase back within 30 days from when they arrive to your doorstep!

We would actually love to hear your feedback behind your return. This way we can continue to improve our products for you! 

You can send your HeyCurls clip-in hair extensions back within 30 days from when they arrive. Bare in mind, we only take hair extensions back that are still tied and unworn. Hair extensions are hygienic products, so as soon as you cut the elastic band, we cannot offer any refunds.

So please do not cut the elastic band, unless you are absolutely sure you are keeping your HeyCurls clip-in hair extensions :-)
